Official Obituary

Unfortunately, an Official Obituary has not been found.

This notice was published on the MTF Forum:

"Tom died March 2 (I think). He was at home, working around his barn. I was told he had a heart attack. It was a longish time from when he had his heart attack until he was found and treated. He was transported to the hospital where he was kept alive on life support for a short while. There have not been any announcements or obits that I am aware of. I believe there is a memorial service tomorrow. Maybe something will be announced after that." Tom's wife is Trudy. I believe he also had a couple of grown sons."
