Places to eat along the route: In between Beckley and Hico, you will find some great eateries in Fayetteville: Cathedral Café, Pies and Pints, Sedona Tapas and Cantina, Gumbo, Diogis (great Mexican) and Cowboys - these are all in Historic Fayetteville and are locally owned and operated. You will also pass quite a few chain restaurants. In Montgomery, there is this little Mom & Pop outfit called Frank's Pizza - it's a small little place but really good and not very expensive. (304-442-5857) Down near Kanawha Falls there is Glen Ferris Inn (304-632-1111) - there are also a couple of small locally owned places on this stretch of 60 - Anywhere you can find some great WV home cooking you can't miss! |
