We will start releasing riders promptly at 5:30AM in groups of 4-6 and in alphabetical order starting with the 50CC EW riders. If you're planning on riding with someone in particular, let the ride coordinator know that morning and he/she will release you at the same time.

IBA Party!

Departing Jacksonville

All riders will be witnessed and released from:

Shell #112

Have your witness form filled out and your odometer reading recorded. The witness should simply have to fill in the time, their personal information, and sign the form.

When you are ready to go, advise one of the witnesses. They will validate your odometer reading and license plate number; and add the time and their personal information to the witness form.

The on-site coordinator will release riders starting at 5:30AM in alphabetical order, 4-5 riders at a time starting with the 50CC EW riders. When the on-site coordinator calls your name, get a receipt. The time on this receipt is your official begin time. Do not leave the staging area without getting witnessed, checking in with the on-site coordinator and getting a begin receipt.

If you're collecting sand/water, you will find easy access to the beach from Shell #112.

You're off to San Diego. Ride safely, don't push your limits and enjoy the ride.

Arriving Jacksonville

Proceed to the IBA Party hotel for witnessing and check-in. Witnesses will be available all day. When checking in, be prepared to turn in your paperwork. We will have a computer and scanner there ready for you to submit your paperwork immediately. We will also have clean sheets of paper, tape, pens and other office supplies needed to organize and submit your paperwork.

Beach Access

Ocean Front Access at 1st Street South and 16th Avenue South

The beach is posted that there are to be no vehicles past this point. However, there should be no problem parking, running to the waters edge and gathering your sand and water.

They said that during normal hours they could provide a witness, but not outside of normal hours.
