Founder's Feast Host Hotel
The MTF has booked the entire Spring Mill State Park hotel for Friday, June 12 and Saturday
June 13. All Rooms for June 12 and June 13 are blocked. Look for
announcement on the MTF for reserving your room. Board Members and
volunteers have taken about 30 of the 74 rooms so you will want to
reserve your room early when announced.
Once we open the block for
registration, you will only be able to make a reservation if you appear
on the reservation list. This list will be developed from "Paid-in-Full"
RideMaster registrations which will be provided to the hotel weekly.
This means you will not be able to reserve a room until about 1-2 weeks
after you have registered and paid for the Founders Feast. We want rooms
reserved only to those who are committed to the Founders Feast.We will have a back up hotel in the event all rooms are sold and we need additional space. |
